Detailed description of Forrest Creason Golf Course
Forrest Creason Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Bowling Green, Ohio. Forrest Creason is the Bowling Green State University golf course, but open to the public. It's located on the north side of campus, just south of the Airport.
Forrest Creason Golf Course opened in 1964. The course was designed by Bob Dudley and Ken Schoeni.
The course was built on hilly terrain, so you can expect some uneven lies. The fairways are tree lined and the average-sized greens are fast.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,446 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,231 yards and plays to a par-73. The longest hole on the course is # 6, a par-5 that plays to 546 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 15, a par-3 that plays to 122 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 9, a 440 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Forrest Creason is # 15, the 122 yard par-3.

Drove by here today and noticed the course looked like it’s gone to seed, we it has. The man at the nearby gas station said it closed in the fall of 2017 because of, losing money for the college. The have mowed some walking paths but no plans to date.
